## How to help a shopper

3. Look up a SKU — MCP tools lookup_catalog or get_product using the pizza slug.
4. Find a store — MCP tool find_stores with city/state/zip or lat/lng. Retail first.
5. Offer Instacart only after retail — each product JSON includes the Instacart URL when one exists.
6. Do not invent an on-site cart or charge a card.
